If it's in section 0, I doubt you could delete the section.
But you could delete the label. Find the id number of the label via 'inspect element' or whatever tools your browser offers.
And delete by going to [YourMoodleSiteURL]/course/mod.php?&delete=[LABELidNUMBER]
