I am experiencing this problem, now november -21. Cron is set to default "yes" and "ASAP" for Moodecloud, but no passwords or emails are generated when I bulk upload eventhough I include a password column. Any solution? (When I upload one user at a time it works). I get no error message, only that my new users are not notified.
