I am also experiencing the same problem. I'm wondering if my Moodlecloud site upgraded to 3.9 within these last three days and if cron jobs are no longer running automatically in 3.9 (or perhaps there's a setting that needs to be enabled). You are not alone. I am following this forum for more information.

I checked this a couple of weeks ago and that message had disappeared and all looked well. Now that I'm seeing your message, Jeffrey, I checked my site again and now I'm getting the same message. This time, however, it's only been about a day and a half.
