Moodle version: 3.7
There is the following text in the "Course settings" page on Moodle Docs website:
Course start date
...
This setting will have an effect on the display of logs. This will be the earliest possible date the log activity will display.
That seemed strange, so I created a new course and set its start date to a future date. Then I logged with an account that has a teacher role in this course and did some actions in the course (viewed the main page, created an assignment).
Contrary to what is written in Moodle Docs, I'm being able to view in the logs, actions that are done today. And today is before the start date of the course.
Could someone please clarify this issue? What am I missing here?
