Ok, please don't post duplicates! They are against the 'Site policy' -> https://moodle.org/mod/page/view.php?id=7080 that you've agreed to, specifically 'Post your question in one forum only'. I've deleted the other post.

How to find the version information instructions are at the top this forum and appear when you make a new thread.

Adaptable is not generally released for M3.9 but you can try the pre-release version (subject to change at any time without notice) from https://gitlab.com/jezhops/moodle-theme_adaptable/-/tree/master/

Dear Rolf,

Ok, in response to this and the second duplicate post that I've just had to delete - this is against the site policy: https://moodle.org/mod/page/view.php?id=7080 which you've agreed to.  If you continue to duplicate post then I'll have no option but to take things further and get advice about repeated violations of the rules.

Currently you're using Adaptable 2.2.2 on Moodle 3.9.  As mentioned in many places, this is not designed for Moodle 3.9 and I won't even entertain considering looking at an issue etc. unless version 3.0.0, 3.0.1 or 3.0.2 (at the time of typing is being used), i.e. one designed for that version of Moodle.

I do understand your frustration at not getting support, so please do read my post here: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=409809 and posts: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=393328#p1658737 and https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=393328#p1658742.  ;Sometimes questions have complex answers that just take a lot of time to respond to.  Sometimes the knowledge to answer such questions is limited to a few number of people.  If you're really desperate for an answer then you can consider posting on Moodle jobs for paid support.  Personally I could answer the question given sufficient time, but with everything else on my plate then I don't have the time and pragmatically I need to earn money from the skills I have, thus I'm willing to fix bugs and give solutions to simple problems that only take me a moment when I know that somebody is really stuck and it would only be 30 seconds for me and yet would have been hours for them.  But this is not the case with your question, I believe (until proven otherwise).

Kind regards,

Gareth
