We've had some unexpected demand spikes in the USA region. This has resulted in performance degradation for all sites in this region between 14:30 and 01:40 (GMT+0) on 2020-09-02.
Resolved the root cause on 2020-09-03 01:40 GMT+0, and services are in the process of returning to normal performance now. Engineers will be continuing to watch the issue.
