I have already a moodle website which was already used by the students and teachers. However, it cause heavy traffic when hosted by a Shared Plan. Thus, I have decided to purchase a dedicated server. Before installing the new moodle to the new web server (dedicated), I have restored first the old database to the new database I have created. It succeeded.
Next, I uploaded the new moodle which I downloaded from the moodle website (moodle-latest-39). During the installation, towards the end, it displays an error about "safebrowser". I ignored it since the installation can still proceed. However, after the installation, when I checked and "Add New Activity or Resource" inside a course, it displays an error message:
Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: Invalid component used in plugin/component_callback():quizaccess_safebrowser
Is there any way I can solve this? Thanks!

I have already solved in myself. 
I just copied the safebrowser folder from my old file to the new file.
