Is there a possibility to add small descriptions to question in moodle,
for example for multiple choice question i want to add a text that says "Choose the correct answer"
in the highlighted yellow part
You can add the words "Choose the correct answer" anywhere within the body of the question itself. Alternatively, you can use a "description" question type and add these words at the beginning of the quiz, or anywhere else.
There may be a way of changing the text "Select one" to "Choose the correct answer" somewhere within Moodle, but I forget where. Maybe someone else will be able to help.

I'll search the "select one" string and change it because i don't want to repeat the description every time i add a MCQ
