I have edited the .htaccess file so max limit is over 3GB (I know this is big but I did it to eliminate this issue which it didn't) but if I try to upload a video over 200mb in the topic section it gets to about 50% then stops, it just does nothing but sits on the upload screen. I know the settings have been adopted as if I try to upload a large video in H5P it now works. Any ideas what is stopping it from uploading to the topic?
I have tried uploading to YouTube and linking it which works but YouTube has the Subscribe banner at the top and I don't want that.
Any help would be appreciated.
