I am not able to log on or see the site administration page after upgrading
"Error reading from database" is displayed on the page
Upgrading from 3.8.3 to 3.9.1
I am not able to see site administration page - so cant enable debugging
I am newbie - request how to do if you give a suggestion -
You can enable debugging by adding the following lines to config.php (which is in your Moodle source code folder):
@error_reporting(E_ALL | E_STRICT);
@ini_set('display_errors', '1');
$CFG->debug = (E_ALL | E_STRICT);
$CFG->debugdisplay = 1;
This should show more detail with the error message.
