I have followed the instructions on Setting_up_your_development_environment_for_Moodle_Mobile_2 and our Moodle site settings for mobile auth are "via a browser window for SSO plugins". When I run the app in the Xcode iPad simulator, it goes to the app login instead of the browser. It works fine on the iPhone simulator.
I submitted a ticket thinking it was a bug, but Moodle devs are unable to reproduce the error. I have not made any customizations or changes to config.json, I just tried to compile and build the app according to the development steps provided. I have successfully compiled and built the app on this local dev environment before (versions up to 3.8), so I'm not sure where the issue might be.
Does anyone have suggestions of what else to try? Versions of npm, cordova, ionic?
