Add an activity or resource missing

Hello,

I am running Moodle 3.8 on Linux and have discoverred when logging in with a user ID assigned the Course Creator role I do not see the Add an activity or resource option when in Edit mode on a new course.  The Admin account is able to add these and I have gone through all of the permissions for the role and do not see why this role cannot add an activity or resource...

Any suggestions?

Okay. I think I found the issue. In User policies the default role for Creators' is "invalid current value: 7" and displays Managers. I don't get the Course creator role available on this screen. Any idea how I get it to show up?

Have you tried enabling the required elements per the User Policies page?
