My understanding is that Students must reach the end of the video for any score to be passed to the Gradebook in Moodle.
I would also be tempted to add a question, or summary, or something else at the end of the Interactive Movie, to act as a 'trigger' for a grade.
And then, you should test this using a real Student test account to see if it works.
