Hello everyone,
can someone tell me how to set the decimal places in the percentage setting of the "Grade" field to zero? In the quiz this setting is already set so that the decimal places are 0 (zero).

This would require a patch and some code changes. It would be nice if it was a setting but unfortunately at this stage there is none. If you are a developer you should start looking at https://github.com/mdjnelson/moodle-mod_customcert/blob/MOODLE_38_STABLE/element/grade/classes/element.php and specifically the render() function.
