I have created config .php , but still can't progress through the installation, instead i get this :

Error: database driver problem detected

The site administrator should verify server configuration

PHP has not been properly configured with the PGSQL extension so that it can communicate with PostgreSQL. Please check your php.ini file or recompile PHP.

What is the DBMS you are using, out of the five available https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Moodle_3.9_release_notes#Server_requirements ?
