What kind of improved graphics are you looking for? When you say "Survey" do you mean the (non-customisable) Survey activity (which has excellent graphics) or do you mean the customisable Feedback activity? There is also the contributed Questionnaire although I don't recall the graphics for that one as I haven't used it for a while.
