Integrating a Moodle quiz into a Moodle workbook

Hello everyone, 

I'm creating a workbook for my students and want them to complete quiz's to test their knowledge as they go. 

I've managed to get an iframe to link display the quiz in the relevant page of the Moodlebook but it's displaying the entire Moodle page, does anyone know if there's a way to get it to only display the question from the quiz and nothing else?

Does the quiz have to connect to the gradebook or can it be just formative? Because if grading is not important then you could try the plugin https://moodle.org/plugins/filter_embedquestion

I don't seem to have that plugin, I'll email our Moodle manager, do you know any way to do it with just HTML?
