In some of the courses on our site, as we want to move the new topic on the top, we are facing an issue that when we try to reorder the topic by clicking on the drag icon and then selecting the top most topic from the list, the topic we intend to move goes to a random position and did not move to the top position. As this issue is not occurring in all the courses so I am wondering if it is related to any course settings but I didn't find any relevant setting options.
We are using Moodle 3.8 and Moove theme.
Any help to fix this issue will be highly appreciated.
