Hi Peter,
Thomas is quite right. The icons in the "pix" folder are not essential. They are just "icing on the cake".

Also, sorry about the confusion regarding the "lang" folder.

Here's is some information on where to get the "lang" files.

Once you have the "lang/en/hotpot.php" file in place, visit the "admin/index.php" page on your site and the installation of the HotPot module will begin automatically.
