In my plugin of type mod quiz access rule ...i implemented the method get_popup_options in order to show my plugin form data in a popup when student will start the attempt.
But sometimes i am getting the add_preflight_check_form_fields in pop up but not always...sometimes i am getting it on page.
When i did

then why am i getting it sometimes on page?Whats the solution here?
