Hi, Folks.
I have had two faculty members report this issue just today.
We are using version 3.8.1.1, build 2019111702 of the Collapsed Topics plugin, on Moodle 3.8.3, using the Adaptable theme.
For some reason, when they are using the Collapsed Topics format for the course (no customization), all of the functional blocks on the
right-hand side of the page appear in a
collapsed form, and you can't expand them. I mean the Administration
block, Navigation block, QuickMail block, Calendar, etc. They all have a
+ sign in the top-right corner of each functionality block, but
clicking on the + doesn't expand the block. You basically can't make
changes to the course.
Is this something that anyone has seen before?
I solved the problem by switching back to the traditional "Topics"
format and then returning to "Collapsed Topics," but I was wondering if there is a better solution.
I will try to attach a screen capture to this message to show what I mean. In the image, you can see that all the blocks on the right-hand course margin are in their minimized format, but clicking on the + sign in the corner has no effect.
