If this has been covered I didn't find anything in the search.
Here is the situation: Moodle 3.9.1
Scenario: Issue with a custom theme so you provide the developer full admin access. Even though you have assigned yourself as the Main Admin, this person can still change the Main Admin password effective locking you out.
That said, is there a Super User type of setting somewhere that I'm missing where only the Super Admin can change their own account? Maybe an admin account that is not viewable by subordinate admins?
I'm not saying that a developer that you may have upset by repeatedly questioning their expertise would do something so malicious...but it could happen. (hasn't, but could)
