Hello every one. We use version 3.9 and chat activity is in AJAX mode. Everyone can view past sessions is set to YES. And here is a brief description of situation:
1. User enter in chat. Type some message.
2. User close pop up chat window
3. User open chat again. All previous messages are disapeared. User can see only new messages.
Is there that I'm missed? I think that until chat session is active user can see all chat history, no matter how many time he close or reload chat window.
