Our site has been deleted after 14 days of not logging in. It was an oversight not to login over that period and the site was a major piece of work which was waiting for approval as a course by our exam board.
I've seen conflicting information about whether or not it can be retrieved and we have not heard back from any of our support requests.
Does anyone know how we might proceed?
