cmid=155 is not supported

Hallo,


I tried to open an exam using the SEB, i tried to launch Safe Exam Browser using the butten, but the SEB failed to load and giving this error message:

mod/quiz/accessrule/sebconfig.php/cmid=155 is not supported


is there any idea to fix the problem?

Hi folks, hitting the same issue (although different code cmid=30370). If anyone could point me in the direction of some troubleshooting docs I'd appreciate it smile

Latest SEB, downloaded about 6 hours ago and Moodle updated just prior (3.10.3).

The url would normally be ...sebconfig.php?cmid=30370 - note the ? rather than the / after php.

To help troubleshoot, does changing the url manually load the correct page?

Thanks, in my case, the URL is as you stated (obviously can't speak for the OP):

Just tried going to "sebs://REDACTED/elearning/mod/quiz/accessrule/seb/config.php?cmid=30370" in a new browser tab and it downloaded the config.seb file. I assume that is the desired action?

Or not as may be the case. Tried it again and this time got the pop up asking if I want to open the URL then same error as SEB started to open.

I got rid of the problem by adding a new file type from moodle administration.
