Moodle 1.9 stopped being supported around 8 years ago now. The first suggestion would be to take a complete backup of the site (database and files directory), then upgrade it to a recent, supported version of Moodle.
This is also not really a developer question, so maybe one of the moderators could move it to a more appropriate forum?
