I wanted to try the moodle cloud free trial for 45 days. I clicked the link and after asking to register, they charge me the anual fee automaticaly. There were no 45 free days. I need my money back please!!! How can i get my refound?

Looks like this is a fairly common issue because I just had the same problem. Signed up for the "free trial" yesterday and then it proceeded to ask for my credit card info. I was hesitant but I provided it anyway because I thought it would only charge me after the 45 day period.
I contacted support to ask for my money back so hopefully they can do that.
