How to changer the "opens" and "closes" text in Upcoming events block. Any method. (need to replace with RUS text)

◄ How to prevent users from accessing calendar through the Upcoming events block? (removed "go to calendar" link throught CSS) just need to remove links from dates. Any way to do so?
