If I understand correctly, Moodle announces that by the end of 2021, "teachers will have easier access to use hundreds of new plugins in their courses via the web interface, without needing to convince their admins to install code" (Roadmap ↗).
I do not know if this means that a teacher will be able to install, by himself for his course, a plugin such as the Drag-and-Drap Matching question type. If so, that's good news. Let's wait and see.
