How can we be sure that the Moodle Mobile App does not store any personal data and is GDPR compliant?

You need to contact your legal counsel to write your own privacy policy for your site since you are storing user data in your site.

How can we be sure that the Moodle Mobile App does not store any personal data and is GDPR compliant?
