After upgrading Moodle to 3.9 boost ist not woking with module mod_folder

Why? When MDL-69172 has a comment that links to https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=406446#p1640841 that states that the contributed mod_attendance is the problem!

A have desinstalled mod_attendance without success. Still the same Problem....

Yep i Did it before and again. No success. It just running with CLEAN, also without mod_attend
CLEAN as in the theme? Or just pure Moodle? Does the server with software versions meet the requirements of 3.9?

Yes we have the requirements.
But the Clean theme is no longer a part of Moodle 3.9, so where did you get it from and what happens when you remove it?
