Hi Mathieu, Thank you for your reply! After four messages, I received a reply from support@moodle a few days ago telling me that LTI does not work with MoodleCloud. Subsequently, a vendor I am working with (not Proctorio) was able to integrate their tool with MoodleCloud via LTI integration. As your reply suggests, it seems there's a lot of fuzziness in this area---it may/may not work, but in either case Moodle can't help. I also haven't found any Moodle partners that offer support just for MoodleCloud, you have allow them to build your Moodle site and/or host with them. I hope there's a more robust support option from Moodle at least for MoodleCloud in the future.
