Hello All,
We just test a new Moodle 3.10 installation on our provider online.net.
The problem is the same : teachers see 'Participants 0, Submissions 0' and no any notification in the messages center.

Hello All,
The bug was fixed : change PHP version 7.2 to PHP version 7.3 .
My hosting service is provided by Scaleway/Dedibox (France).
