Hello , 

While installing a plugin from moodle.org

https://moodle.org/plugins/report_workflow

 to my moodle site I have got 

unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500

Now neither me nor my users can sign in , getting the same error ..

the login page appears normal but when trying to sign in this error occurs.

The browser shows " this site is not secure and https appears not whorking after signing in "

The strange thing is that if trying loggin as a guest .. I can 

I do not if even I can uninstall it while I can not login

Update : It has been solved after checking htacess , php config etc without any progress, The solution was quite simple
I have moved the folder of the plugin from the server and everything has become normal again.
