Anyone got background images to show at all? V3.4.4

Hi

I have recently installed this mod but after hours of trying, I still cannot get background images uploaded to show at all.
Having trawled the forums it seems this is a known issue with later installations of moodle, but I cannot find any reference from those using v 3.4.4 

Is anyone using this successfully on 3.4.4 or any version?

With everything else working well on this version, I am not keen to update, but am keen to know if the issue of missing background images is fixed in any version, before spending more time on it.

Hi Debbie,
Did you get anywhere with this? I'm using 3.8 and having the same issue. I can't get the background image to show at all. I can select it in the drop down for the borders, but it won't show up when I view the certificate.
