I searched "moodle track referral" and all results came up were about 7,8 years old. Is there a way to track referral for self enrollment via Paypal? I guess some people call it "affiliate program". I did find a thread that is 14 years old here:https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=24231
