Restricted SCORM package (test) not available after requirements are met

Hello from Chicago!

I've run into an issue I'm hoping someone can shed some light on. I'm working in Moodle 3.5.12+ (Build: 20200618)

My course has two SCORM activities (created using Captivate 2019)

  • Activity "A" is a review test with a passing score of 75%
    1. Require grade: Student must receive a grade to complete this activity
    2. Require minimum score: 75
    3. Require status: Passed & Completed

  • Activity "B" is a final exam that is restricted until the user successfully completes activity "A"

I have a user who attempted activity "A" but scored below the requirement. 

I changed his grade via the Grader Report and manually "ticked" off the completion status in the Activity Completion report.

As you can see below, the system recognizes his completion of the required activity (Module 9), but STILL will not remove the "restricted" status from the other activity. 



Any help on this would be most appreciated.

Hello Serko,
I think you forgot to attach some screenshots smile
From your description, I would first ask in which sense did you change the student's grade: which grade did you enter? It seems to me that one of the completion requirements is not registered.
