manually enrolled students can see other courses

I have manually enrolled students in one course that can access other courses on my site. How do I prevent this without hiding the other courses? I would like them to see the other courses that are available as it is a form of advertising for me.

They are manually enrolled in one course but can get in and access content in another course for which they have not been enrolled

Sounds like you have guest enrolment on in the other courses.

Go into one of the other courses, go to Users > Enrolment methods, click the eye icon against the guest enrolment method. If that solves the problem of access to that course, do the same for the other courses.

If you don’t want guest enrolment at all, turn it off globally at Site administration > Plugins > Enrolment > Manage enrolment
