I've imported the observer role that you have provided to my Moodle site successfully

after that, I Assign this role to spacific user to a specific category

but when I logged in with that user (who is also a techer)
I only see the enrolled courses that this techer is techeing and I cant see the catagory that have been assigned to that user

Am I missing a step or what am I doing wrong
