Hello. I am encountering an issue with my Moodle website. A lot of my students are experiencing issues progressing to their activities. Even though their activities are completed, they are not being recorded on their gradebook/activity completion. Here's one instance of the problem.
A student of mine has finished an activity, and his final grade is shown, but it hasn't been recorded in the gradebook at all.
Also, the activity cannot be considered complete because the activity finished isn't graded, even though he finished his attempt with the grade.
