The grades do not appear under received and given. Grading set up as accumulated. See screen dumps attached:

The grades should appear after the button "Re-calculate grades" is pressed.
In your case, I suspect the problem might be in the criteria weights. As I can see, they both have the weight set to 0 which effectively means it is ignored. Try to set some actual weight for these.

Thank you for the response. I thought that might be the problem. I have set up the workshop with a weighting of 1. The workshop ends on Monday next week and I am sure it will work. I will let you know.
