2 problems- Error Message & Software issue

1. My students are currently seeing, " Error- Failed to write file to disk" message when they try to submit a document. How do I fix this?

2. In the grading system for the teacher is not generating the "preview" of the assignment when I try to grade. The system is stuck in a loop & spinning. I cannot grade most pdf's and some word docs. The system is freezing. How do I fix this?

Same here.. i tried calling the 3rd party hosting site.. and they told me this seems like a moodlecloud issue.. and moodlecloud needs to resolve it.

We too are experiencing this issue! Our students are receiving either:

* Invalid Response Received. Please contact your site administrator if the error persists. 

Or

* Failed to Write to Disk

Please check this ASAP! Our school is basically down since no one can submit!

This WAS working earlier in the week, so it is something server related. We have changed nothing in the settings.

I'm the Site Admin.. and can't upload files.  Only 8% of the storage is being used.  so it's a bit annoying.

We are having the same issues.. Can't upload anything! It doesn't seem to matter permissions or file types!

Same issue here. Message is "Failed to write file to disk." Trying to load assignments for a training that starts July 15, 2020. We've only used half our storage, and the files we are loading are small. Please MoodleCloud help!

Thanks for reaching out. Some MoodleCloud sites in the US Region experienced issues uploading files earlier today. this has since been resolved. A timeline of this incident can be found here: https://status.moodlecloud.com/

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We will be performing a post-incident review to determine how this occurred so we can prevent this from happening again.

I'm a site administrator experiencing the same error today, trying to upload a PDF for students for their class next week. Please review.  My site still has available room and the file is fairly small (100k). I tried other files as well to see if it was a problem with the file specifically but unable to upload anything.
