I am uncertain how to understand what is meant by  "secure layout"?

Hi Bente,

As far as I know, a 'secure layout' is a browser window with certain features removed, as used in the Safe Exam Browser (SEB). As I learned in MDL-68041 though, secure layout can be utilised by other plugins too, not just SEB.

Hi Helen,

Thanks. Now I understand it like "secure layout" is about preventing the students from cheating, and not about preventing the system from being compromised.

BTW: Reply via email doesn't work - is that an issue for the tracker?
