I need some help, as I am experiencing it in Moodle site, being admin I am not able to see turn editing on in Actions Menu of Course. Please throw some light on how to see this capability ( editing course)
I am using Space theme with Moodle 3.9
Does it work if you switch to the core Boost theme?
Space seems to be a paid for theme. Are you sure you have the latest version? Failing that, if it works in Boost, then you'll need to speak to the theme vendors.

Were you able to find a solution to this? I just installed Space theme on Moodle 3.9 and I can't find the turn editing on in the the actions menu as well.
