We have two problem with using Moodle.
1.When we use the admin logged in and will appear the following message.
Cannot create property 'stack' on string 'Internal Server Error'
2. When we install the plugin, and the Moodle isn't compatible with the existing plugin, and we delete the this plugin folder and update the database prompt by Moodle. But when we want to overview plugin , that have a error occur
"Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: Plugin type location does not exist: plagiarism"
How to solve this problem
