The picture needs to be added as an image and uploaded using the icon showing a mountain with sky over it. Click advanced to see this icon in your edit bar.

When you add an image do you add and see alternative text? Have you tried linking to a picture on the web?

Don't know why? I just tried in my Moodle, and had no problem. Maybe your Moodle isn't configured to show pictures, or something like that?Hallo Rolf,

Have you modified the class "img-responsive" or "attp_image_button_text-bottom"? Does it work if you remove them?
Try removing everything except the source URL. In other words, edit the HTML code as follows (where the x's are values set by Moodle):
