Some emojis are missing from Emoji Picker

I have upgraded Moodle to 3.8.3+. Also, upgraded MySQL encoding from 'utf8_unicode_ci' to 'utf8mb4_unicode_ci'. But some of the Emojis are missing in Emoji Picker. A snapshot is attached for your kind reference. Please suggest what should I do

Hi,

The only thing i can tell is that, on QA site, with old systems, i can see:
  • exactly same things as you with Ubuntu 12.4 LTS and Firefox 52.0.2
  • some emojis not available (less, and not the same), with Windows XP and Firefox 52.9.0
  • everything OK with Windows 10 and Chrome 83
