Hello,

I have raised my issue a couple of days ago in response to a previous thread but I didn't receive any reply, so I am taking a chance here.

I am really desperate that I have lost all of my moodle cloud, including the class I was running, because I have missed the upgrading/payment deadline. My students are left without a course and we have several submission deadlines coming up. I have a back-up of my course, except for all the forum discussions going on in the class.

I have read in previous discussions that there could be a way to retrieve my content and put it back up on my cloud (which I have re-created through a subscription). Could you an admin please help me with that?
