Badges, Badgr integration and Moodle 3.9+

We upgraded Moodle to release 3.9+ on the weekend.  Now, when we look at the site-level backpack configuration, there appears to be no way to test the existing connection (or remove it) as there are no icons visible in the Actions column:

Hi Ian!

I haven't been able to reproduce it... Have you tried to "Add a new backpack" and set it as active (only temporarily, to figure out what's going on there)?
