I installed Moodle 3.6 and I search for the best responsive theme which is Arabic / English multilingual , has course price andI can add PayPal and zoom plugin and add course evaluation after the end of the course

I am working on a modern theme for Moodle for ThemeForest but I do not think many Moodle Themes come with Zoom plugin.
Themes should not come with Zoom plugin.
Paypal comes integrated with Moodle, it's not a theme's feature, so is zoom, therefore you have to install zoom plug-in additionally.

So you’re just looking for a responsive theme. Moodle has a core theme, Boost, which is designed to be responsive and accessible. Many other themes are available.
